CURRY

REQUIRED:

  • Meat (chicken/beef/lamb) or Vegetables 1 lb
  • Curry Paste (Medium or Hot) 125 mL (9 tbsp)
  • Onions 1/2 Lb
  • Tomatoes 1/2 Lb, (add desired vegetables)
  • Yogurt 1 cup (optional)
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup (83 mL)
  • Water 2 cups. 

COOKING METHOD:

  • Slice the onions and cut the meat/vegetables into cubes. 
  • Fry the meat/vegetables and onions in oil, until the onions become golden brown. 
  • Then add water, yogurt, tomatoes and the curry paste. 
  • Cook until meat/vegetables become tender and until curry thickens to your desire.
